Maggie & James (Part II): Rustic Outdoor DIY Wedding
December 8, 2009
Part II of Maggie and James’ gorgeous outdoor wedding. The bride did all of the floral arrangements and designed the invitations and guest book herself. The groom made his own handcrafted beers, how awesome is that. Finger puppet favors rule!

Absoulutely beautiful! When you think of how much money people spend on weddings, it great to see a couple personalize it and use their talents and have a wedding with this much character and beauty without spending a fortune. I’m sure this wedding was meaningful to the guests as well as the couple.
colourful pictures. very bold colours. i know shooting all available light is not easy, even harder when the sun shines like in these photos. so well done!
I love your ability to rock the high contrast and make it pop without being garish, especially outdoors at night. Inspirational stuff.
(oh, and specifically – I want to try that beer really bad… and the shot of the stuffed animals smooching is hilarious)
Wonderful photography. Great composition and great colors. It’s always nice to see talent and dedication deliver great results.
