Kristy and Patrick had a classic and timeless San Francisco wedding. Their beautiful ceremony was held at the amazing St. Peter and Paul Church in North Beach. Taxis are a favorite motif and very symbolic for Kristy and Patrick, so I brought Kristy to the church in a taxi, with Patrick there to open the door for her when she arrived. How romantic is that?
While walking from the church down to the incredibly chic Bubble Lounge for their super fun champagne reception, I photographed Kristy and Patrick street style, where we stopped to take advantage of great views and quirky spots in North Beach. We had lots of luck on our side this day. While we were shooting literally in the middle of Columbus Street, a huge scooter rally drove up, and it was so fun to see all the riders honking their horns and waving to Kristy and Patrick. Then a few minutes later, a nice guy invited us up to the roof of his office building for the amazing view of the Transamerica Building. What serendipity. :) It’s really nice when our clients are up for anything. Stay tuned for Kristy and Patrick’s “We Did” session coming up next week. Congrats to Kristy and Patrick!
