Photography: October 2007 Archives
Last Saturday I had a chance to assist and shoot at a wedding with Jules Bianchi, a well-known and extremely talented and charming wedding photographer
from Los Angeles. I can't tell you how incredible it was to watch her
in action. She's an expert in lighting and has years of experience with
wedding photography, and I learned so much from her in one day.
A few days later, I had a private, one-on-one mentoring session (Tea for Two) with Jules where everything was tailored specifically to my needs. We talked about everything from lighting, exposure to marketing and more. Most importantly, she taught me how to become organized and to create very specific, manageable goals--both short-term and long-term. She has helped me to think differently about my business and shared so much valuable information that I can definitely take my photography skills and business to the next level. Seriously, I was beaming when I came home!
If you're a wedding photographer, I highly recommend Jules' Tea for Two session. When do you have a chance to sit down and talk to an accomplished photographer who will answer all of your questions? There's a glut of wedding photography seminars out there, but you just can't beat the personal attention from Jules.
