Elana and Saul have wonderful chemistry and a really fun vibe. For their engagement session, we started in their neighborhood, Noe Valley. 24th Street has some great spots for photos, and it was a nice change of pace for me. My advice for a great engagement session it to choose a location that is menaingful to you, and that’s exactly what Elana and Saul did by choosing their neighborhood. Later on we made a stop at their home so that I could capture them playing music together, since they are both amazing musicians. :) We’re so excited about their wedding this weekend!
You may remember Cindy and Brad from their kissing in a tree engagement session. They were brave enough to climb this huge tree for their session! Cindy and Brad had a wonderful handmade wedding at one of their favorite Livermore wineries, Crooked Vine. We were lucky enough to work with Ashley of Creative Events by Ashley who is one of the best wedding planners in the Bay Area. Cindy put a lot of thought and care into the beautiful details that she made. Since they love to rock climb, they incorporated a climbing rope into their ceremony, which was a nice way to personalize their ceremony. Both Cindy and Brad have a very easy going nature and love to have fun, and it really showed! Congrats to Cindy and Brad!
Jenny and Aaron are both incredibly artistic, talented, and creative (and nice people too). Jenny is a pop artist, and Aaron is an audio engineer and musician. We started their engagement session at their gorgeous mid-century styled home, then headed out to a BART station and the warehouse district in Oakland. How cute are Jenny and AAron’s dogs, Pricilla and Elvis? I wish I could put them in my bag and take them home with me. As much as I love shooting in San Francisco, Oakland has some great locations and it’s fun to do somethign different. We’re so excited about their wedding on Saturday!
