Part II of Maggie and James’ gorgeous outdoor wedding. The bride did all of the floral arrangements and designed the invitations and guest book herself. The groom made his own handcrafted beers, how awesome is that. Finger puppet favors rule!

Maggie and James had a gorgeous outdoor, rustic DIY wedding at the home of a family friend. The garden and grounds themselves were so unique and different. Maggie did all of the floral arrangements herself, and was inspired by her Dutch heritage and used delft (blue and white porcelain), copper, and blue glass pieces she found in local thrift stores. She designed her invitations, sign-in book, and even made her own cake stands. Maggie looked like a woodland nymph in her Chrissy Wai Ching wedding dress, and simple flowers in her hair. Instead of a ready-made bouquet, as Maggie walked down the aisle, guests presented her with irises so that she ended up with a bouquet when she got to the end of the aisle.
The reception itself was incredibly fun and relaxed, just like Maggie and James. The wedding favors were finger puppets, and the guests had so much fun with them! I’ll share the DIY details tomorrow. :)
